Sorry, not my pile of stamps. I only trade in bitcoin. Actually I didn't send anything but a post it note. I did include interest on the loan you floated me though. Hopefully my Broncs will do better than the Islanders did.
Haha. I did 2 on the same day and merging forum handles with real names gets confusing.

Your ecu is safely on its way back. I paid for the postage online. I better track down this other one. ..

My team got embarrassed off the ice on Sunday :-(.

I decided to check out one of these outdoor games when I saw these awesome seats selling for less than half face value on Stubhub. For reference, the face value on these seats was more than the same seat for the World Series!

As usual the camera makes it look further than it was. What a wonderful experience! I had about 6 layers of clothing on. Hot chocolates were $4 for a small and we drank them like candy.

With regards to Canadian flashing, that is underway. I have an ECU on its way to Flash Tune for "hacking". Once that is complete I will buy a harness and start flashing -40 ECUs (this is the only known Canada configuration, please let me know what you ECU PN is). I estimate this to still be 8-12 weeks out.

Ahh ... poor guy..Devils fan , they looked good thru the first 20 mins. I thought you were talking about the Isles/Rangers.

8-10 weeks Rodger that . your location is in New Jersey correct ? I think I read it somewhere in the thread .

Thanx AVC8130 great thread lots of info !!

Yup...Devils fan. Live in the state, support the team!

The game I went to was Rangers/Islanders. As a hockey fan I try to check out games whenever I can. When I travel for work I'll usually check out the local team (NHL/AHL/etc) if there is a game going on.

I was able to score a cheap seat to the Rags/Isles stadium game so I went for it. Certainly glad I didn't drop $300 to watch my Devils embarrass themselves.

My harness has arrived for the -70 ECU!

If you have a -70 ECU (most 2013 US bikes) we are good to go!

ac

PS: I can also flash -50 Euro config.

PPS: -40 Canada config is still in the works, I know a lot of you guys up North are waiting, please be patient.

Hey ac, Been following this thread with interest for a while now. Their always seems to be people in these forums that spend their time improving upon things and are willing to share it, We thank you for that. I bought my 2013 s10 late in fall, Sadly I was only able to put 300 mi before the deep freeze set in (WI). I read in previous posts that you have played with many different type of flashes, Have you settled on a "standard" flash or are you dealing on a one to one individual requests. From the limited seat time I have had I would increase T mode by 10-15% and open up S mode as more of a "fun mode". Also agree on lowering decel to reduce the pitchyness in S mode. I was going to wait till I had more break in time but once I get back on it I won't want to give up any downtime waiting for UPS. Also planning to do the throttle body changes and a LeoVince but I believe your ECU settings will not be affected by these changes. Thanks again.

Lango,

As of now I have a few throttle maps I'm pretty happy with. Others have echoed that happiness. I combine these maps to make a flash that suits your needs the best I can and we take it from there.

PM me and we can discuss your specific desires.

1st 2013 -70 ECU flashed today. It will be back on its way to its happy Tenere on Monday.

Still flashing like mad here with the bad weather. I do my best to keep turnaround times as short as possible, but there is no time like snow time to have your bike without its brain.

You mean you haven't cracked our WR250 ECU yet? Slacker! ::025::
Nah. With no throttle by wire I just don't think it is worth it. The FMF controller or even a PC-V works well enough for me on the WR250R.

I'm just hoping the 2014 w/ ES uses a separate suspension ECU so we don't have to start all over with the S10.

On other es-type OEM suspensions, are they separate ecu's?
Seems like I've read about Ohlins having their own ecu for one of the BMW's?

According to a UK list of parts (http://www.yamaha-motor.eu/uk/services/online-parts-catalogue/index.aspx), the 2014 XT1200Z and XT1200ZE have a new base number for the ECU: 2BS-8591A-00. 8591A is the generic ECU number, 2BS indicates a new base part for this model. So it seems that more work will be required.

I figured. It might not be THAT bad.

They probably have the suspension separate, but have the new ECU since the "new" engine has different valves and throttle mapping.

We will just have to get one physically first to sort it. For any ECU that we don't have hacked, the first donor is a freebie.

I just finished up my first -70 ECU flash. I plopped the ECU in my personal 2012 and took off for a ride. SUCCESS! Feels just like it should.

2 more -70s and a -30 on their way back to their owners.

I got an update from Chris at Flash Tune, he is hard at work on the -40 Canada spec I sent him.

NEW PRICING AND SHIPPING POLICY:

Due to many issues with the current shipping policy, I am changing the pricing and shipping policy.

ECU Flashes are now $125 for CONUS (Continental US) customers.

I will return ship your ECU in a USPS Priority Flat Rate Box, insured for $900 as part of the price increase.

If you live outside of CONUS, please contact me and we will work something out.

I hope this will make life easier for all parties.

Had Flash Tune do mine last week. Installed the mapped ECM today and notice a huge diff in throttle response and throttle smoothness. I ran it through the gears quite a few times and notice a easy wheelie in 2nd gear. $100.00.....worth every penny.

Hi guys,

One of my friends had his ECU flashed at our local Yammi dealer and want it remapped to the stock state but is told by the dealer it is not possible.

Is this correct as I am under the impression it can be remapped to the stock state.

Any comments or advice will be appreciated.

Cheers.....

Can you save or have you saved the various (-30, -70, etc) stock versions before doing the flash?

Can you return to stock an ECU unleashed flash?

Just curious as to what is possible.

Also, if you got hold of an ECU that has been flashed by ECU unleashed - can you save and look at their data? I gather this has not yet been done.
