Penske development.

No big deal, I'll be away for business this week and they promised I'd have it back for the weekend. Timing worked out well.

Removed the Fender Extenda from my wife's lowered Tenere. That damn well better prevent another episode my wife calling me on the bluetooth to say "the bike just went stiff." I cut 1.25 inches off the FE for bike and angled the new skid plate extension piece back a little more towards the engine.

Rinsed both bikes from this weekend's ride. Put my wife's away and then took mine on a 25 mile dirt road ride to dry it off. Then put it away. Somehow I don't think I need to explain that to anyone here. ::26::

Found out what was causing my overheating problem.

Turns out the fan bracket was bent and the fan was pressed up against the radiator, so it wouldn't spin, which caused the fan to burn out.

The dealer took the other Tenere' off the floor and replace my fan with it's fan, and now everything works great.

Assembled a tire patch kit:

Started with a 6x6x2 molle pouch. Slime air pump, and tubeless patch items. Not sure what all it needs, since this is my first tubeless bike in a while.

The kit fits snuggly underneath the Alt-Rider rear rack. Still working out a way to secure it in place. Thinking abut using zip-ties and just carrying spares:

(edited to add pics of the kit in the rack)

That little compartment under the Altrider rack is one of the reasons I got it, aside from its a great, sturdy rack. But I haven't figured out what to put in it yet...lol! I have that same slime compressor, but it went under the seat. I'll probably use the storage space for tools.
