Neat idea for a thread!

Nothing today since it is still only 6:30 in the morning, but YESTERDAY I did my first oil and filter change (and rear end oil). Very easy access to everything. No mess - no fuss. Now I'm seat for another XXXX miles and smiles!!!

Gave it the first bath and a coat of carnuba wax. Raised the windshield up one notch. Fiddled with those pesky oem case locks again.

I did about ten miles down a washboard sandy road. Fun sliding it around.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who does this.

I haven't been anywhere yet today, but when I go out to visit my friend in the hospital, I will ride the bike there. I'll take the long way home. Just like I did yesterday and the day before.

On the weekend I'd like to go for a long ride, but instead I will need to spend some time farkling, and do the first service, because in just over a week I am taking it on a long trip.

Are you having problems with those m8? Feed them a touch of lubricant. When locking and unlocking apply a little pressure to the lid.

Unlike me :D

I don't think we've seen your impressions of the Ohlins yet have we? Can you link me if so?

As for what I've done with my bike lately - gave the wheels a bit of a clean after the wet weekend, and adding some more of the corrosion-proofing stuff. Rode to work today...

Looking good mate - don't worry about Bloke - beauty is in the eyes of the beholder after all. And anyway, I think he'll think your bags look pretty good the first time he mashes his OEM bags in a minor tipover ;)
