Changed out my tires. I finally squeezed all the life out of the stock metzlers which sucked btw. Glad to see them gone. Replaced with my favorite tire Michelin Anakee 2's. I managed 7931 miserable miles on those crappy metzlers. I have not been riding the Tenere much since buying my GSXR1000 back in January or I would have done tires sooner.

Not to bad a job but nowhere as easy as a Sportbike. I own a no-mar tire changer and it worked fine on the wheels after I figured out the block setting for the funky 19" front rim.

Had to take a pic during the procedure, rear was done at this point. To do the front I just pulled the rear back down with two ratchet straps. Easy and effective.

Skidplate looks sweet. Which crash bars are those - I really like the low profile look those have!

I looked over at my Tenere this morning, as I hopped on my '95 Buell S2 and went out for a ride up the mountain.
I ended up riding the Ten into work this afternoon, gotta keep all the kids happy...

What kind of Adventure Boots are those in the lower right corner?
Lol... You'll be surprised how Singaporeans dress when we ride our motorcycle in this hot country..
He wasn't planning to ride with us in the first place, just meeting us for breakfast.. Ended up, well you know the rest...

I got lost:

But I found out where New Idria, California is. The 20 mile road in is so poor that it was smoother to ride on the dirt. Was a great day to ride on the Super Tenere and explore ghost towns.

I saw the sign for New Idria Sunday to and from the Pinnacles. Sadly, the beautiful green hills of California won't be that way much longer.

Yeah, that's why I was lost. I was trying to get to the Pinnacles. :D
Was a good ride except for the tweakers and their attack dogs at the end of the road. Needless to say, i didn't stick around for pictures.
