Good letters by RCinNC and Dirt_Dad
I also have not tried the E-07+ but based on what others have experienced with the mileage, I don't think I will be getting one.
A bit of tire history for comparison.
Metzler Tourance - I was using the Tourance when commuting with my VStrom 650, getting 14K miles on the rear regularly.
So I started out using these on the Tenere but I was only getting about 9K miles on the Tenere and my last set was getting a bad wobble at about 2500 miles. So time to find a different tire that got better mileage.
Heidenau K60 - I started using the Heidenau K60 tires.
Good Mileage, quiet, tread pattern good for what I do (mostly pavement, with some forest roads or dirt roads). I do like to ride the forest roads / 4x4 roads with my wife, but I do not need an aggressive knobby for that. If it's slick and muddy we will try to stay off those roads.
Bottom line - If the Mitas E-07 is available that would be my tire of choice.
If the E-07+ is the best choice from Mitas then I will most likely be buying another brand.
... Probably the Heidenau k60, may even try the MotoZ Tractionator GPS.

Heidenau K60 - I started using the Heidenau K60 tires.
Front tires - Getting over 20K miles on the front. (1st tire - 22K miles, 2nd tire - 20K miles, now on my 3rd tire.
Rear tires - I went through two rear tires.
1) Got a nail at 11K miles, Replaced tire at 12.5 K miles. Estimate with remaining tread I could have gone to 14K miles
2) Got a 6" spike at 8K miles, Went another 1K miles with 3 plugs and a slow leak then replaced at 9K miles.
Estimate with remaining tread I could have gone to 13K miles
Other than being a nail magnet, I liked the mileage on the K60s, the only thing I really do not like is the howling noise, I think the noise is most noicable around 40 mph or so.
Mitas E-07 - A lot of people seemed to like these so I thought I would try them.I put a Dakar version on the rear. (The K60 on the front was still good).
I really liked the tire but only got to use one before they quit making them. Now I am back to using the K60 for the rear.
I used this tire on a 11,600 mile trip to Alaska in 2018. I could have made the whole trip if I had started with a new tire as planned, but I started with 2,000 miles on the tire and changed it on the way home with 10,949 miles on it. Made it home on a K60.
The tire had about 11K miles on it and was not completely down to the wear bars yet. I probably could have gone another 1K miles but I got it changed at the first good opportunity.
