I dropped my bike in Monument Valley on a long deep sand downhill section. The bike slid a bit on the Givi Bars and the paint on the bars was scuffed a little, but that was about it. No bend no nothing.

I'm also interested. How is it mounted?

Heat is not an issue on my S10 (I'm 6.3). I just came back from Death Valley where it was 124°F. The fan was on often. I had a test ride on a Tiger 800 once and could feel the heat right away, but not on the S10.

Just remove the locks. Every bike should have come with a set of 3 locks matched to the ignition key. I wouldn't make a copy of you key.

Hmmm...some of you guys must have really sensitive butts, I can ride hours on mine and no complaints. Must wear the right underwear though.

That's no good news, because I would like that seat too.

I installed the Yamaha heated grips today. The right side was kind of tricky, but they work really well.

A while ago someone asked for pictures of the S10 and >Cinnamon pass. Well, here the are. I just had the bike for 2 days. ABS and TCS (setting 2) were perfect for this kind of riding.

Trax Boxes and Heidenau K60s (have to put them on yet). 3W LEDs in the headlight.

Well, it was 28°F in the morning at the campground in Silverton CO, but it warmed up nicely during the day.

I have to agree. ABS and TCS work like a charm. I went over Cinnamon Pass in Colorado where even a KTM990 went down hard and never had a problem regarding traction or braking.
