AC I've always thought that if I did by chance break the studs I put in I would have much greater problems to worry about. If I was alive to worry at all.

Dunno about lightning fast communication technology but ACD finally got back to me, five days after I sent them my seventh e-mail. Nicolas stated that they'd had an 'informatics bug' recently and didn't get any of my e-mails until a few days ago.
Also, he said they'd completely run out of stock just before Christmas and the factory have only just finished getting the latest batch out for shipping. This begs the question, just how many of us asked Santa for an ACD bash plate in 2013?
Anyway, Nicolas now reckons on mine getting to me sometime around the third week in January. So all you folks waiting for yours, just hang on in there, he says they're on their way. ::012::

good luck mikey. i heard over on the other forum there are a few others with communication issues. a guy pm'd me saying they gave him and a friend some lame excuse and that his shipment was delayed for for a few more weeks from now.

I too ordered a skidplate before Christmas and have had little response from ACD. I did receive an email from Nicolas, their sales manager. Here's what he had to say:
"Hello,
30 skidplates were sent yesterday, 01/22/14 from our factory of Bacelona to our wharehouse of Chicago.
They will be delivered on the next wednesday 01/29/14.
The Logistic Manager will send you your package the next thursday 01/30/14."
We will see what happens after the 30th...

I too am waiting for my plate. I called and talked to their guy in Chicago today. Nice guy. He said he is expecting a shipment later this week, or possibly early next week. Once they arrive, they will ship out of Chicago.
