It's not expected. They are focused on the T7. That said, I don't think anyone knows for sure yet. Maybe next month dealers will have the 2020 model year info.

November 7-10 is the eicma show (euro motorcycle show for makers) that is when new stuff is generally shown and announced. But there have been no leaks up till now, so doubtful any major changes.

If I could make a suggestion to Mr. Yamaha, my dream bike would be an S10 with an MT10 engine in it!! That would be some fun!! Oh please Mr. Yamaha?

I can tell you for sure that the MT-10 engine is really amazing... i truly love that bike and engine, it's a really sweet combo. When i switch to the super tenere from the MT-10,my first thought was "imagine if that thing had the MT-10 engine...!!"

i believe Yamaha Tenere sales would have been waaaaay higher if wasn't for The cobble job looking paint jobs Yamaha seems to love Doing.
You mean super shinny blue wheels, matt white with tons of metal flake tank, and some more shinny blue, some flat black mixed with glossy black panels, some more shinny blue stickers and gold forks is not everyone cup of tea? Shocked I say shocked.

I mean even if a particular color is not your thing like the sand, at least it made sense, and the bike actually.....matched.....Not looking like a sv650 some stunt biker has repainted 50 different times with whatever spray can he had sitting there.

Super tenere has been discontinued in Japan, and no news of future development. Now is selling old stock. My 2c and from Google, Yam will focus on <1000CC engine. T1200 is too big and for enduro you have Ten 700, for touring you have tracer 900 gt, plus we might see Tracer 1000 instead. If they were to develop a new model we might see a new engine 1300 cc and perhaps share the engine with FJR.
