Thanks for the replys- great support.
avgeek- I would love to have you take mine for a ride to compare. I am in north Scottsdale and can meet up with you Saturday am if that works.
Tomatocity- the vibes are actually able to be felt on the knuckle guards, mirrors and the handle bar itself . The speed really doesn't matter although the faster the speed the higher the vibes seem to be. The windshield is dead perfect, the tank perfect, the instruments perfect. Its only in the above mentioned items. After riding for 20 miles or so you can certainly feel it in the hands. The bars fit my arms and the angle is perfect. I have raised the bars with a short riser thinking the riding position was to far forward. I have installed the grip puppies, no reduction to speak of. The oil level is perfect from the dealer at the 600 mile service, I synched the tb's ( had a friend do it) they were very close from the factory.
I did get a call back from the dealer today and they are going to take my bike and do a 40 mile ride or so to see whats up. That's great news as I don't think a 2 mile ride around the block is enough to get a feel for whats happening. Maybe the bike is fine and its the specific zone of harmonics that is not sitting well with me? If that's the case then at least I know its not the bike and i can try to make tweaks to it.
I appreciate the advice and input for sure. Thanks.
