The shipping on this order was Amazing! Left Italy on Wednesday and was on my doorstep on Friday to CT. As advertised, I have the Givi 3 bag Outback setup with liners for the side bags. Also have 80 euros credit with Motostorm for a future 200 euro purchase in the future. I will post some pics and documents soon.

Anyone know if both PLR367 and PL2119CAM can be used with the Outback cases? I like the idea of quick release and not having as much rack showing (teehee). I thought I saw somewhere that only the 2119 will work, but both say they work with the monokey systems. Thanks!

Why buy waterproof liners if the outer case is supposed to be waterproof?

I have been through some torrential rain with my Outback cases and they did not leak one bit. That said, if you are going to buy some custom liners, why not get waterproof ones if the price is right? In a bind they could even perhaps be used as an external "dry" bag and strapped to your seat or to the rear rack. I don't currently have any liners for my Outbacks, but if I was going to buy it would probably be these waterproof ones.

Fedex corrected the customs bill from motostorm.it after I faxed them the tariff list. So no customs duty paid. Just received the confirmation in the mail yesterday.

Anyone know the answer to this? Thanks!

BTW, I was just looking on the Motostorm.it website and it now says they won't ship Givi to the USA. Bummer.

I thought I read somewhere that the would not work with anything except the PL2119CAM, but I can't say for sure.

Too bad about motostorm.it. I wonder what happened. It looks like motorama.it may still be an option. Some of their prices are higher than Motostorm and their shipping is also a lot higher. It still comes out less expensive than in the U.S. I have purchased from both of them without any issues.

Ha, I just went to motostorm site and can't find anyplace where it says they don't ship to USA. In fact, in their list of destinations, the USA is listed.....

Please advise where to find that it says they don't ship to USA. Maybe I am just missing it...????

I have essentially the same setup with a 37L and a 48L side case and the 42L top case. I used Moose Expedition liners in mine and they were $21.95 ea where the Givi liner was over $100 ea! I used the small for the 37L and the large for 48L and the large top case liner. The fit is pretty close and allows a little overstuffing. They top load and the material is a thinner vinyl coated fabric and not nearly as thick as the Givi or Yamaha case liners.

Once you add items to your cart, and then pick the USA as the shipping destination, it won't let you complete the transaction along with "Sorry... you can't buy GIVI products from USA"

Good to know. I ended up ordering from motorama.it still a lot cheaper. Right at $600 for the pair including shipping.

So, let me get this right. I can get these shipped half way around the world and still save $200+ dollars over US dealers.

I bought a pair from Motorama, great people until the US poatal no-service got hold of them and ..ahem lost them after they arrived in the US. Took awhile for PayPal to refund my cash and I'm sure Motorama was re-imbersed from the US govt. I just wished that they shipped FedEx like Motostorm does.

This is good news to hear about savings. I did a comparison with Touratech Zega Pros set up and they are $700 cheaper in Europe! WTF!! $700 for shipping and a variable exchange rate? Don't believe the "customs fee" because on this side, we don't pay it.

Time to look at the italian website...

Here's another test failed:

Sidi Adventure Gore Tex boots, size 13 US / 48 EUR

Price on Motorama: $334 (shipped).
Price on Revzilla: $550 (shipped)

Price diference: $216

The boots are about 64% more expensive if you purchase in the US.

I love Revzilla, really, but not all the love in the world can make up for a 64% price difference for the same product (and insured by PayPal).

I ran the same excersise with the Alpinestars Toucan boots (my favorite).

Revzilla: $499
Motostorm: $302

Difference: $197 / 65%
