Jaime, did you already verify the consumption with this new exhaust? Did you need to adjust the COs? My ST came originally with the COs in -15.

Could you put up some stats on the exhaust ? Don't mean to sound skeptical, but this looks heavy . Really heavy. :-\

Should be interesting. Web site says titanium and carbon fiber around a .8mm stainless steel tube core. www.noneracing.com They seem to mainly sell dirt bike exhausts now. No US distributor yet.

You have the stats in this thread in page 2, here they are. Soon we are going to work in the head pipes so we can reduce weight.

Hi again!
I received the results comparing the stock exhaust and the None. In the graphic you can see there is a 3HP gain comparing the stock (green line) and 5HP without the DBkillers (red). But more important, the power is more constant.

In this graphic is the stock (blue), the Akrapovich (red) and the None (green) without DBkillers.

The weight of the two bafflers and dual pipes are 5,9kg
Stock: 5,8kg
Akrapovich: 4,0 aprox.

Next week they are going to work with the header pipes. They are using a very thin stainless steel so they are pretty sure to reduce some weight and improve performance.

Yes. They work for other motorcycle factories, they start with their own brand mostly for dirt bikes and quads.
Nice young people, very involved in their work.
Hope in few weeks they can finish my exhaust.

I dont expect a big reduce, but with the 0.8mm stainless steel tube and taking the cathalizer out it could be some grams out. I'm really happy in how it improves the engine response, less temperature, etc.

Did you try any other aftermarket exhaust on it before? I was thinking of putting Akrapovich on mine Just for the sake of nice sound.

Yes, I tried an Akrapovich.
It’s better looking, lighter and improves a bit the sound, but for its price I don’t see enough advantages. Also it needs all the OEM plastic guards witch I don’t like, especially the black one in back of the left leg witch is very annoying driving standing up.

Frankly I didn't. I use my bike mostly in dirt so it’s very difficult to verify the consumption (and I’m not worried about it).
I didn’t need to adjust anything, it works perfect. Soon I’m going to change the head pipes and we’ll see if it’s necessary.

Last Friday I collect the new prototype. They improve the heat protectors and the alignment whit the bike. The full set is improving, it looks great and the sound is very nice, but still need finished some few things to be ready to production. The problem is they are very busy in the factory with other projects and next month they have some holidays.
They said in September must be ready. They don’t know the price until they have a first proper production….

These are the latest pics. The pipes still hand welded.
