Hi guy's,

I am sorry to report that after my wife (Emma) passed her motorcycle test on Tuesday she had a severe crash whilst riding back to the training centre.

Unfortunately she is currently in the critical care ward and she has fractured 3 fingers in her left hand, cracked / broken ribs, a ruptured spleen, broken right femur bone and fractured her pelvis in 3 locations.

All that's important is that all her family and friends are focused on her recovery which will be several months at least. She is currently awaiting an operation on her pelvis which they need to move her to a specialist hospital for.

Needles to say things are very hectic so I may not be around to much on the forum.

Mortiis

Mortiis,

Know that my family here in California are all in your corner as well as your wife's! Our thoughts, prayers, and best wishes are all yours and will continue until all is mended.

FYI, my Dad was born in Kent. Brian Challinor - born 1939.

Sorry to hear the bad news. Wish Emma all the best for me and when it's not painful for her to laugh I can post up some really lame jokes if she likes.

Get well quick Emma

Cheers
Graham
