Mortiis, that's so sad to hear. Hang in there. I'll add some prayers of my own as well. Keep us posted on how things go and tell Emma she's got a bunch of new friends.

Mortiis,

Any improvement in Emma's condition? Sorry I know is has not been long, but I do hope that she is feeling better. I remember the trepidation I felt when my wife first began to ride. On the one hand I was very happy as I do not like riding two-up, on the other I worried about her being hurt in a fall. Please do not forget that you have a large extend family here to help out how ever we can. Even if it is only to listen.

Tatooine (its real hot here).. no really Kent, UK
Morning all and thanks yet again for the support.

They sent Emma for another CT scan yesterday as they were concerned about the ruptured spleen, the results showed there was no bleeding so good news on that front. The plan is they will try and move her to a specialist hospital in London tomorrow (Sunday), once she is there they then plan to operate on her fractured Pelvis, hopefully that will be on Monday, once she has had this operation we should hopefully know a bit more in terms of the long term plan like how long she will be in hospital and what we need to do next to get her fully recovered.

She really appriciates all you kind words and comments, thanks again :)

Just curious; do you and the misses have any little Mortismachines running around? Obviously, no answer required. Hope all goes well with the specialist and the surgery!
