Airscrew Adjustment to fix off-idle stumble and Throttle Body Sync - w/ pigtails

I was at Hicklin Powersports open house last Saturday, to my surprise eemsreno walks in. I had mentioned how happy I am with my Tenere after I had Flash-Tune re-program my ECU. At which point eemsreno told me how well his +20 adjustment worked. So I had to take his bike for a ride so I could...

    Giant Loop "Bushwackers"

Mounted a set on the Tenere last night. Had to modify them because the straps were wider then the slots in the guards. Won't be able to try them out until I get to Mesquite, NV next week. Will give a ride report when I get back.

How would have to be the best panniers?

Hard to beat Jesse Luggage if you are looking for hard cases. I am on my third set on three different bikes. Have been down twice at over 30 mph. Only put a few small dents in one of the bags and a bent bracket. Straightened mounting bracket re-mounted bag and kept going. The multiple angles...

    Big Angnes Wyoming SL2 Sample

The wife and I both tried out the tent last night. It is ok for a couple, wouldn't want anybody else with me. Shouldn't be a big deal since the tent will only be needed for sleeping. Biggest downfall I can see for couple camping is a single door, one of us will be climbing over the other...

    Big Angnes Wyoming SL2 Sample

Received my Big Agnes Wyoming SL2 sample tent yesterday and set it up. Everything looks fine except the color coded webbing was sewn in the wrong location. Once I figured that out the tent went together easily. Guess that is why it was 40 % off at $299.95 I think it is just what I have been...

The BIG COLORADO 2013 summer gathering !

I have gone down and up Black Bear pass many times over the last 20 years on dirtbikes. Last year I had no problem going up Black Bear on a KTM 530 EXC-W. This year I did Engineer & Cinnamon passes on the Tenere without any issues. I think it was easier on the Tenere then when I did them on...

    Leaking Rear Drive

It is not assembly grease, it is gear oil. Do not want to tear it down until I get the parts to fix it. I would have to have a drive failure before the BMW crowd could gloat :D

    Leaking Rear Drive

The final drive on my Tenere has developed a small oil leak. The oil is dripping out the drain hole in the swing arm in front of the gear case. Have not torn it down because of the lack of parts, I am assuming that it is the one of the two seals or O ring on the front side is the culprit. The...

    New Tenere' handle bars

Changing bars does not eliminate the vibration but it can reduce/eliminate the effect of vibration felt by the operator. It is usually better to eliminate vibrations at there source, unfortunately that is not always possible.

    New Tenere' handle bars

PSYDUCK thanks for the installation photos. At 5'7" I will be contacting Faast on the availability of the bars for vertically challenged. I have used Faast bars on my dirt bikes since they first became available. They are nearly indestructible, i have had numerous high speed get offs without...
