Well I bought the 58l figured it for long trips and I have the trekker side cases and they attach from the other side also. If it’s just a day trip I can pack enough gear for that.

That whole area is one of the biggest surprises I’ve seen. Coming from the east it’s flat and then you go through badlands and then you get up into the blackhills. I can’t wait to go back just beautiful and amazing.

I put the seat i the high position is that different then the flat seat mod?

Just got my 2021 S10 and they also had a GS 1250. Test road both I preferred the Yamaha. I think I like the simplicity of the Yamaha. I didn’t like the seating position on the GS the tank was just too big for me. The S10 was similar to the FJR that I had. I did like the weight distribution...

Just ordered a set. I think next thing is taking the seat to get reshaped a little to not move towards the tank

I haven’t tried was going to call Tuesday with there being a holiday. Since I had them on my Fjr it was always nice to be able to stretch out the legs

I had some on my Fjr and it was nice for long rides i saw some people just use Fjr ones and clamp them to the bars

I have T Rex crash bars and their Highway pegs are out of stock can someone link me parts to make some makeshift ones In the meantime.

Ya because when I saw the GS I had second thoughts it had the gps, too case, fog lights. I didn’t like the wider tank and the seating position I didn’t like either. The only thing on the S10 will be bar risers and highway pegs

Also the dealer had a used 1250 GS also there and I took it for a test run. I don’t know what all the hype is about the Tenere had me hands down. I didn’t like the seating position the throttle response was awful IMO. The S10 is very similar to my 2013 FJR and that’s probably been my favorite...
