    Linked Brakes Question - Distribution of Braking Effort

    According to the service manual, at low speeds only a slight pressure is applied to the rear brake, also says ubs only works after the bike is moving, if you stop then release the brake and reapply no pressure is sent to the rear. it doesn't sound like you would have any rear brake backing out.

    Total Noob Question About Removing Both Wheels...

    Put bike on center stand remove rear tire, put blocks under final drive leaving about 2in gap. Put a jack under the skid plate and raise the front far enough to remove the front tire. The block will keep it from going too far.
