Looks like they have had enough of lockdowns in China.
I can’t blame the Citizens. Control measures here in the U.S. were nothing Compared to the Chinese. Makes me wonder if Xi and the Boys have a different agenda going?

I will be happy if I never go back to China

. . . . covid is still in the top 10 killers. I wonder if this is just the way that the death rate worldwide is calculated . How effective is the vaccine. Here in Éire covid is the no. 3 cause of death and has been in this position since September 2021. . . .
Just my opinion: The vaccine does not guarantee protection from death, it only helps prevent it. Over here I think the initial vaccination rate was about 50%. Two years later, I would think less than that. "Out of sight, out of mind". I would be interested in the vaccination status of those that are dying from covid. I.E. never vaccinated, initial but not boosted, or completely boosted.

That graphic is very interesting. The "world" graphic showed the flu/pneumonia retaking the lead over covid about June '22. I have to assume that correlates to Australia getting the crap beat out of it by the flu. But shows heart disease still the number one killer by a lot. The "US" graphic shows covid taking the lead in Jan '21, but lost it just this month. So, maybe I'm wrong about how many people are getting/staying vaccinated.

Am with you on the Agenda. There has been a huge backlash for them regarding IP theft, Comms Surveilance, Polution Output ect. Considering how much they manufacture for the World its like he is putting a brake on their Economy to say we are the only game in town. Their Country has been transformed in a very short time and people have become more prosperous, money is great but what people really want is freedom.

The vaccines become less effective with time.

Meanwhile, people in the US aren't getting the boosters.

Not going to be surprised if I get COVID again, but have been good about getting the boosters. The thing I won't do is take PAXLOVID again, as the side effects were worse than the COVID was and having had the boosters I basically slept a lot & was just dealing with something like a bad chest & sinus cold. The PAXLOVID got me past the symptoms in just a few days but the diarrhea and constant acid reflux metallic taste was miserable and then I did the lingering PAXLOVID rebound for yet another couple weeks.

Yup. They got me. I am afraid of joining the 6.6 million people that have died from covid. Their coronary heart disease fear campaign worked too and cause me to eat healthy and exercise 'cuz I'm afraid to join the nearly 26 million that have died in the same time period.

In March 2020 Jacinda pulled up the drawbridge, gave us all 20 grand, and told us to have a BBQ for a few weeks. 18 months later I got vaccinated. 2x pfzr, 1x booster. By that time it was omicron and I didnt actually need the vax. But I made that decision at that moment, and i'ts done. No more for me, thanks.

And that my friend is called "freedom of choice". A hard fought-for human right.
Agree totally with Freedom of Choice.
But this situation is not about individuals.
I live in London and have not to my knowledge had Covid despite being around people who did and travelling on busy transport systems. We have a big backlog of people waiting for urgent treatment for cancer and other life threatening dieseses due to the people who did need to be hospitalised due to Covid. These are the people i think about and i see it as my duty to help. Its very simple to think of Viruses only effecting the people who catch them. Take the AIDS virus for example and the people who died because they were given contaminated blood. Blood is used all the time in operations. We need to keep our blood healthy for people who may need it to save their life. Its a much bigger picture than some people think. Again i fully support Freedom of Choice.

The Statistics are just Data. But lets remember they refer to Human Beings just like us. If you have underlying health problems which Science now is very good at treating your Life can be prolonged. When a Virus is introduced into it which produces other complications thats what kills you. People seem to be of the opinion that the Statistics are saying they only had Covid. That is patently not the Truth. If you look at the Statistics its obvious there are huge health problems in the World mainly because of our lifestyles. You can smoke, drink and be obese and still live a resonable long life. But after living like that we are vunlerable and we become less and less healthy. Covid is mainly the
coup de grâce not the initial blow.

I think I know what you're saying. Early on, when people start dying, and had underlying illnesses, I was skeptical about the cause of death being listed as covid. I mean did heart disease kill them or covid. But then I got to thinking. If they had been living for years, however poorly, but passed suddenly when covid entered the picture . . . . I'm good with covid listed as the cause of death. 'Cuz without it, they'd still be shuffling along with whatever initial ailment they had before.

Life is the cause of death.

Saw a Youtube video, it was the interview with the ceo of Americas largest Funeral services provider. He says something is puzzling, business is still up 15 %. Says his business is at historic levels currently. The youtube channel also had a English Dr on I have seen before and believe claiming deaths are still elevated. The channel also claims life insurance claims are also at historic highs.

I have a friend who I have gone round and round with. Claiming deaths were Exaggerated, and miss labeled for financial and political concerns. I argued that you won’t be able to hide the actual death rate. If it is elevated over years past then something is wrong and Covid seems likely.

Well I am an avid stock trader. While our Government can’t or won’t get its act together concerning national statistic. The news industry is not reporting much lately, when they are it's not all that accurate The easiest thing to look up is what publicity traded Insurance companies paid out for life insurance claims. Pre pandemic that were shelling out about a quarter of a Billion a year. Now they are paying about 1.5 billion a year.
