Just a few 100 km of TET in the south of Sweden on a beautiful summer evening.
Dry roads so "flying low" with a slight drift in all the bends was really enjoyable (and keeping up with your son on his new 2020 Honda AT as an added bonus).
Keeping TC on level 2 make the gray whale very easy to handle despite road bias tires.

That's a tenere, right? What is the top case? I made one very similar from a plastic case that a local hardware shop sells, but I'm pretty sure they don't have them in Sweden, so I'm wondering what are you used

Sure, it's 1200 ZE. Some off brand tool box that I've had for many years. Keep moving it from past two wheeler to current bike. Hard bolted so it can take som serious abuse. On my previous bike (XT660Z), it saw everything from desert heat to snow storm on a trip from Sweden to Japan through as many countries as humanly possible
Perfect for the lap top and some other stuff that I always keep on the bike just in case........

If you're talking about Harbor Freight, 'cuz that's what it reminds me of, there's no telling where they get it from. I love the hell out of HF, but most of their stuff comes from Covid-ville.

Most of everything is made in China, doesn't bother me at all.. And the US is covid ville right now.. And getring worse.. My top case is HF and a pretty good value.. Wanted to mount a bigger one but then my panniers wouldn't open so this is what I ended up choosing.

Yeah I have almost the same setup and it's pretty rugged.. And cheap so if it ever does fail putting a new one on is not a big deal

Good job on the save Monk!! Also smart speed on the lane splitting. These guys that split lanes anything over 30mph or so in traffic are insane.

Took a ride to see Plankton:IMG_0213.jpeg
Couldn’t find the ChumBucket.
Thought the name of this creek was interesting:

Stopped at Kokosing Reservoir for a break:

On the way home I stopped to photograph this sign I’ve always wondered what it means:IMG_0222.jpeg
Is the assumption that the speed I was traveling previously is illegal?
