Did my TB Sync and it really fixed one of the biggest problems I had with this bike - The herky-jerky throttle engagement at low RPM while in S mode. It's so nice, I can feather the clutch without the bike bucking back and forth. It's certainly smoother through the lower rpm range. I also installed Rideon lower links, pro taper high bars, took off my OEM luggage and I'm going to put my Givi racks on - take off the hardware and mount my Wolfman Expedition Dry saddle bags on the racks.

Rode to the motorcycle show in Long Beach today and saw the 2016 S-10 (Black and no visable changes) as well as the Honda Africa Twin. I am not impressed. ::021::

Fitted Yoshimura RS4 can today. Looks great and sounds lovely. Not too loud, just a nice throaty sound. Easy to fit too. I only had time for a quick road test and can't say I noticed any difference in power, it just sounds faster !! ::008::

Installed Cyclops' H7 kit. Thanks to those who went before me & posted their good outcomes. Works as advertised. Very happy. Might be too bright to run high beams during the daytime.

Today I have mostly been annoyed at poor design :( - Found that two of the four spark plug coils were badly rusted, a third is so bad it has expanded and will not go back in the hole whilst the fourth is nearly new! Seems the dealer might have known there was an issue 7000 miles and 5 months ago when I bought her with 11000 miles and 4 yrs 6 months old! Of course the warranty was only 3000 miles and 3 months!!
There do not appear to be any drain holes to let moisture out of the plug/coil holes so when it gets in, as its likely to do if she's used all year round in all weathers as I expected to be able to do, corrosion sets in.
Anyone else suffered the trapped moisture and rusting coils problem?
Any solutions know?

Wouldn't it get hot enough to boil the water out?

Welcome to the forum Jeremy from Zurich ::008::
There is thread about the coils becoming stuck and remedies, I also laugh (out of sympathy) as you got the bike from a dealer and yet you expected that the 12k service, which includes plugs, to have been done thoroughly ::002::
I also did mine recently and sitting astride the bike I found the one to the right to be the most fouled, not a stuck issue, but obviously getting more than it's share of water ingress.

Does it seem that the 'water in the plug wells/stuck coil' issue is primarily happening to the European bikes? Maybe it has to do with you guys having 'wetter' weather, but I would think the Pacific Northwest of the US would be similar?

Probably due to colder climates in places where they salt the roads.

I put the chinese levers on to, do you have trouble with the clutch engagement? even at "six" it engages right off the bar.

Looks good. I'm not a fan of chrome at all, and I saw this topic running on advrider about these exhausts, now I'm curious. If nothing else than the weight savings over the stock can.
With the heat shield in place, the can is covered. Remember, this is the stubby Delkevic.

All those '14 replacement parts on a '14? Were you having trouble at 30,000?
Ah, maybe a typo. I found your bike's birthday notice, May 2012. The bike's gonna feel like a new one now. ::008::
