Fully loaded, steep downhill and with tailwind, maybe. lolWill the s10 do 130?

I too noticed the steaks were too high when I was at the grocery store yesterday... I've been through 1.5 rear 705s without seeing anything like that happen. The first one was run at high speeds in high temperatures fully loaded, as well as a couple hundred miles poorly maintained dirt roads. It'll be interesting to learn the date code. Having said that, I found I'm not particularly fond of their handling characteristics (no grip issues though) so have moved on to the Anakee Adventures. I really wanted to like the 705s too.If that happened to me, the cracking of the tires, I would be using a different tire brand next time. Steaks are too high. I have always had good luck with Dunlop. Others swear by Michelin. It’s like an oil thread it can get endless. In the end, we base these decisions from our experience. Clearly this was a bad experience.
It even does a bit more than that... i did it once or twice on the street tires i had mounted in the past. Now on my Mitas E-07+ i don’t exceed 115mph since that is the speedcode (correct word?) on them. Will the s10 do 130?
Looks like it was run too low on air. That will make cracks like this. There was about 12 of these around one side of the tire.View attachment 67497
I was wondering if that could have contributed...Looks like it was run too low on air. That will make cracks like this.
Wait, you know for sure it wasn't ever run under-inflated?Too much speculation going on. That was a defective tire.
Thanks! It'll be interesting to see what they respond withI'll check the inside of the tire.
I sent some pictures and information to the manufacturer. Just wanted them to be aware of the situation. If they have any explanations I'll post it here.
