mark me for a set. basic reflective piping.
I'm getting pricing and will post that info when I have it. I do think they will be at a decent price point. They are also going to do tank bags and soft panniers, I believe, so hopefully I'll get some pics of that stuff too that I can share.

I can now order Crash Bar Bags and handle bar bags, as well!

Here is a better pic of the GS size bag, note the waterproof zipper. That is standard. The bags themselves are not waterproof material, but a good hit with Scotchguard goes a long ways. The bags are padded front and back and double wall in the middle areas. Really nice.

$xx/pair for the Crash Bar Bags
The handle bar bags are priced at $xx (more complex to make)

I'm putting in a new order NOW, so if you want some of this, contact me ASAP. I will be submitting my order to Rumbux this evening, late, so I can get an invoice quickly enough to make the wire transfer before I leave Wed after noon on a month long trip to AK.

Heads UP! I am placing a new order with Rumbux immediately. If you want to get in on this order, call, PM or email me ASAP. Pricing has changed slightly due to increased costs.

3-Part Kit for Super Ten - $xxx
OEM Add on bars for the Yamaha crash bars - still $xxx
Rear Protection/Soft Pannier brackets - $xxx
Crash Bar Bags - $xx/Pair
Light Brackets for the Yamaha H7 lights, (also useful for smaller single post mount lights) - $xx/Pair

Got questions? Ask 'em!

I would like to buy some crash bar bags. How do I go about doing it?

Rich
Call me at 435-817-0809 and I'll take care of you. I have some black with reflective gray coming in shortly, or if you'd prefer blue, red or orange piping , (no longer offered), on the black bags, I can order those with the order I'm placing with Rumbux now.

so my crash bar bags came right on time , perfect packing and notifications like every order from eric. quality made just like the crashbars. they are the perfect size. 1 bag holds my tent and the other bag fits the rain fly and ground cloth. PERFECT. thanks eric
::003::
ps. my crashbars are now quite tattered. they have over 70000 miles. they are ground down quite a bit on both sides. i have been involved in 2 serious crashes (and countless hard drops). 1 had my bike tumbling down the highway after i landed on the hood of the car in front of me and 1 had my bike tumbling with me (4th gear) down gravel. although i have bent up my rumbux crash bars the expensive parts of my bike were spared. and you can strap between 2 trees and ratchet, cumalong, pull, and stretch these bars back into shape. these are truly the most badass protection you can get for this bike...

Thanks for the positive feedback Chris!

I do still have some sets of Crash Bar bags in stock with the reflective trim. These are now $xx/pair and I'll eat the USPS flat rate shipping. Normally for stuff ordered separate from crash bars, it's plus shipping. I have 3 pairs of the bags. One person that contacted me prior to the order never got back to me for payment.

I have another order in progress, should be delivered to customers the week of 8/18. Currently there is a set of soft pannier/rear protection racks un-spoken for, ($xxx plus postage).

Eric

I want to write this note to say how happy I am with these Rumbux Crash Bars, and Lower that fit together perfectly! Eric is a dream to work with, and kept me abreast of the process of the order and shipping along the way. I am blown away how much above and beyond they are as far as quality and actual construction relative to the almost otherwise only cosmetic versions out there from the other vendors. This product is for the serious rider who will do serious things with his bike. For example the skid plate alone is literally over double the mm thickness of anything out there you can find.

I also ordered the Rumbux panniers/protection set they are of the same quality. Its literally more of a protection piece first and foremost that has the added benefit of being panniers. Wow, these products are above and beyond anything out there. Not that I want to, but I could literally run into trees with this product in place, and the bike suffers nothing. I cant be any happier,THANKS ERIC!!!!!!!!!

I agree with the assessment of the Rumbux crash bars. I doubt anyone would be disappointed if they were to purchase this crash bar/skid plate setup. Eric gives timely updates throughout the order and ship process. Packaged very well. Installation is easy and they look great.

Ditto Yamajet's comment from S10EastTN. They are great. EricV is great and easy to work with. Informs customer each step of the way on order status. Easy to install. Look fantastic. My wife says they look very well designed, professionally done, unobtrusive, and very sturdy. Go Rumbux and EricV.

Thanks for the positive comments and feedback guys. I stumbled some in the beginning, but have worked to improve the process while still keeping the prices down. :)

Just a heads up, I currently have one set of Rear Protection/Soft Pannier bars in stock and ready to ship. $xxx for those.

I am placing a new order at the end of this week or early next week. Delivery to customers for that order should be the last week of Nov. If you would like to get in on that order, please give me a call at 435-817-0809 or PM/email me for info.

The XT1200 3-Part kits are priced at $xxx currently, which includes shipping in the lower 48 US states.

The OEM Add On bars to give better upper protection to the oem Yamaha bars are priced at $xxx (includes shipping)

Rear Protection bars are still $xxx

Crash Bar Bags are $xx/Pair These come in black with water/dust proof zippers, though the bags are a padded Cordura and not waterproof themselves. Available with reflective gray trim or non-reflective trim in red, orange or blue.

Light brackets are $xx/Pair. These were designed as a three piece unit for the Yamaha H7 halogen aux lights, but you can leave the yoke off and they work well for single post smaller lights with 1/4 or 5/16" mounting posts. Some modification may be required. I've been told you can tweak the yoke to fit the 530 PIAAs, but I don't recommend that.

Hi Rich!

I have a note that you wanted some, and I ordered some for you on the order that is coming in next week, so give me a call and we'll take care of the CC and shipping info so you're locked in for a pair. (I shred that info after an order is complete)

Any pictures of the handle bar bag on an S10?
Sorry, no pics. They are expensive due to the many pieces in the construction, significantly more than the crash bar bags. I'd need to charge $xxx for the handlebar bag, but hey, free shipping. ;D
