You talked me into it!

It's only 19.99.00 "for a pull" at the local hd dealer. Just donate your contributions toward a nice dinner with your spouse.

Next opening is in a week but they might get me in this Wednesday morning when they ask their foreman tomorrow.

Besides full tire pressure, sport mode, traction controll off and fifth gear, anything else in prep?
X5, Will fill us in on your mods.... if you have PCV post a screen shot of your AFR, etc..... If your cool with that.. ::008::

I think that in order to determine if the US bikes are also restricted in gears 1-3, it would be valuable to see a pull in 3rd gear to compare to 5th.

Thanks.

+1 That's the info we really need. If I remember the other restricted charts 2nd gear shows the dip so obvious it would be great to see that chart from a US bike.

Finally you guys are getting somewhere! Always asking so many questions, making wild guesses and speculations, while you have the bike in the garage, Dynojet is US based, their tuning centers are all over the country....

Get it done and over with! Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeehhhhhhhh Hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!! ::002:: ::002:: ::002::

Just realized will need to get two pulls. One in 4th gear and one in 5th gear to see the ECU issue.

Just for a comparison on MPG, I did a run in Texas Jan 1st, 75 mph cruise or under, some interstate. Temps 50F, solo with oversize windscreen adjusted for best wind protection (ie barndoor). I ran out of gas on I-20 (right at an exit for shell) and coasted slow ran to station with 252 miles (adjusted 6% indicated 238). Took 5.7 gallons. Little over 42 mpg.

I was calculating I could make a station which was 8 more miles, and expecting a ZX14 in our group would pull off first, didn't happen.

I am bone stock.

I am interested in the ECU flash feedbacks also.

P.S. I was in S mode.

That's quite interesting and somewhat surprising given that you weren't "lead footing it"... what do you think you might have got had you been in "T mode"?

Not suprisingly, given the fact that he drove with a (quote) "barndoor" attached to his bike... ;)

Also, in my GPS checks for speed and highway mileage marker checks for miles, I agree with the 6% correction for speed, maybe a bit more, but mileage checks have only looked like 2% correction. You may have gone further than 238 miles.

Just an Akrapovic can. I think they will give me three runs/pulls. They usually do "one at 5% throttle then 50 then full throttle." Don't quite get that.

I told them two full throttles in 3 and 5 gear. If I do get a third run included, what do we want to see from an essentially stock Dyno run?

Happy to do this. We are moving offices tomorrow so no work and will avoid the chaos.

Did the first auto tune trim accept yesterday. Made a 75 mile ride on multi surfaces at low and high speeds. Noticed smoother fueling at all speeds and particularly in the 2,000 to 3,000 rpm range while negotiating a logging road. Accepted the changes auto tune made during that ride when I got home. Looks like a chance to check these out this weekend.

42mpg is not uncommon for this bike.. actually his results are pretty good considering he was pushing a 'barn door' down the road.

Have them do a 6th gear roll on. We can compare with the 5th gear and see if there is a limit in 6th.
