looks good, parallel twin...chain driven, not sure why the hell you would want an auto box on an adv bike...Dogdaze said:Woo hoo! Oh wait, you want how much????? ::017::
Ah but still about 25%-30% cheaper than European pricing........greg the pole said:looks good, parallel twin...chain driven, not sure why the hell you would want an auto box on an adv bike...
and yes price...Honda NA has taken a gun and shot itself in one foot, and for good measure, shot the other foot too...
I'm guessing $20 grand Canadian.
oh I know that. Funniest thing it will probably be built in ItalyDogdaze said:Ah but still about 25%-30% cheaper than European pricing........

good point, and I agree on both, but not for that price.True Grip said:Greg I bet your right on a premium price. I think an auto box would be great for a big trail bike. I think it would have seamless shifts from one gear to the next without any interruption in torque to the back wheel. That would mean alot on a nasty hill climb. I'm pretty sure you can shift it with a button also. Chains are great for gearing what suits you and last quite awhile with a little looking after. Maybe Yamaha will get it in gear with the Mid-Ten (700)
now now...there's two dealers in Calgary alone...one is useless (Powerhouse SW), and the other one still needs to prove itself (Pro Am NE)barkingllizard said:just another Honda without a dealer network... big whoop.....
