Bit off topic but is it ok to run a Tenere in stock form with a slip on?
Will the o2's adjust enough not to worry or will the bike be lean?

That's not a worry. The only significant back pressure reduction (flow increase) happens when you eliminate the catalytic converter.

I have the full arrow system, KN filter and never done the ECU, what am, I missing?
The line of thinking is to get the fueling dialed in to maximize performance. One of the objects of the OP's thread was to eliminate surging in the lower RPM region as well as optimize performance with the catless exhaust, without having to add a Power Commander on top of an ECU flash.

If you are happy and don't really notice the obviously lean regions, then, by all means, carry on blissfully. :D

Yesterday for the first time, I felt like I was loosing power around 3000-4000RPM. Is something the matter?

Most likely the fueling can't keep up. Basically, an engine is an air pump, and opening up the exhaust to help it pump more air means it needs more fuel to keep up, doubly so if you've added a freer flowing intake setup. If this bike had a carburetor, you would be changing jets. Since the bike has electronic FI, it requires either an external tuner, like the Power Commander, or a retuned ECM, i.e. a flash.

stop this nonsense AC. I'm shipping my stock ECU, and my buddy's CDN ECU to you. Flash please and return.
I have plenty of other things that empty my wallet!
