Since its you organizing this event is it open to straight dudes also?

BALSONE and I have a cabin reserved with two extra bunks for Friday the 23rd through the 26. We can split the cost for the days you stay, if not all of them. We will be leaving Jacksonville, FL early Friday morning and getting there some time that afternoon. If you are riding up Friday maybe we could meet up somewhere along the way. If you want you can PM me or BALDONE and we can work out the details.

I actually live pretty close to you on the northside. We plan to meet up at about 6:30AM at the Kangaroo on the corner of Chaffee Rd. and 90. If you take I10 to Chaffee Rd. go north to the next light and you will see the Kangaroo. If you want I can meet you at the Kangaroo on the corner of Starratt and Yellow Bluff at 6. If this is too early we can change but we thought this might get us through Atlanta a little after noon.

We are returning on Tuesday due to the original dates being posted as the 24-26. We plan to ride to Deals Gap that Monday.

If you want to meet us at the Kangaroo at Chaffee Rd and 90 that would be cool. I know you would have to get on the road about an hour earlier from Palm Coast.

I'm still trying to figure out how to fit this get-together in there, but right now it looks increasingly impossible.

I hear you. Don't like it, but my next 5 months at work are going to suck. My daughter and I did our entire summer vacation... today. It started around 9:00am and was over by 5:00pm. Zip lining through Harpers Ferry, WV. You know when most people say vacation was too short...I think we qualify for that. No complaints, it pays the motorcycle bills and whatever else.

I'm out too. That's 'move in' week for my son who's entering college.

Looks like Anthony (keeponriding) and I are headed that way Sept. 5 - 8.

Well I'm completely out due to work. What really sucks is I'll be in Atlanta on business the 14th and 15th - if the rally was one weekend earlier it would work perfectly. Just damn!

I'm afraid I'm out too. I was trying to use this event as motivation to rehab my leg so I could shift again but it did just the opposite. I've realized that I may never shift manually again. So for now I'm going to sell my S10 and get a Honda CTX with a DCT. At least I'll be riding. Y'all have a great time and I wish I could join you.
