I'm due soon for a RDL and had the same idea to just get a seat pan, but after talking to them when I ordered, Its my understanding that they want the complete seat as they use the OEM foam for the nose job. So that it will fit the contour of the tank better. FYIW

I have the vinyl sides with the embossed top. Looks pretty good to me and feels good too. But I have a date with RDL in a few weeks, so it sill soon be gone. I would trade a OEM seat for my SC for 50 bucks. But the freight might make it prohibitive......

I got my 2" Rox Risers in today and installed on my '15 ST. Ran out of time and I'll finish tomorrow. But it appears the clutch and brake hydro lines are the only thing binding. Do these just need to be rerouted behind the forks or will I have to get new lines?? What specifically have others...

Altrider's website has 2" Rox Risers for a '14+ Tenere that will be available April the 8TH. It says they are "Specifically designed to work with the angled top caps" of the '14+. So will the older 1 1/8" risers not work and why will these work better??

Getting ready to order Jesse Oddesy 2 luggage for my new 15 ES (maroon). And I can't decide between the black or the gray. Thought I'd try to match the black panels on the bike. I've got samples from Jessee, so far I'm thinking gray.... Anyone got a pic of either on a 15 ES??

OK, just had my Ah Ha moment. Got it figured out. There are actually 2 modes, kind of. One just sets the different levels of power, but doesnt turn it on or off. The other mode turns the grips on by letting you choose the level of power or how many crooked arrows you want/see. Easy Peasy

Let me ask it a different way. When menu selection the Grip option, then the High-Middle-Low screen, then I have the numbers below and right of this. I go to High, and toggle to "10" for the setting. I then highlight the High portion and then hold down the Menu button till it exits...

Yep. Got,that down. I do all,that, just not getting heat. It appears I'm doing everything correctly, just no heat nor a display that shows the heat is working.

I do this but still no heat or crocked arrows on the grip on the display. May not be working....
