    "Never intended to leave the pavement" I would think this means it is not really an adventure bike at all, but a sports tourer. It seems all you need to be an adventure bike is an upright sitting position and a silly little beak!

    I have dirt, adventure, flip and full face helmets. They all have there place. For what you have described you want, a full face is the go.

    They mount differently as the rear wheel is an engine driven wheel and the front is a ground driven wheel. So the tread will appear to be opposite. Sent with a leaf using a pointy stick.

Ordered: Stebel Nautilus horn, Oxford Adventure heated grips, Extra 12v accessory outlet, Narva dual line fuse block (will have one switched bank and one full time bank)...

    I'll be pushing for replacement. New tank and new side fairing fitted will likely run close to $2000 if not more. My insurance company has said that they will cover it but will then be chasing the landlord for the money, so it is in his best interests to sort it without my insurance company...
