And you CAN get the left side panel off pretty easy. Be careful when disconnecting the battery - the wrench will spark when it comes in contact with the crash bars. I found this out by experience.

Yes - just found out Flash-2-Pass went bust. They should have the decency to put that on their phone recording and get rid of their website.

    Rumbux or Altrider Crash Bars?

I love the Altrider. They look great and you can remove the panels underneath easily. I would buy them from Revzilla.

    Special tool required?

Also, the T50 Torx socket I had was too large. I had to use a single bit, and put that into a small socket to get through the upper hole.

    ADV boot or MX boot?

Prayers for you iClint! ...and thanks for sharing this information as a reminder to all of us to be careful out there. Boot talk - I can say from experience on the dirt bike (450s) that gear is a PIA, but it helps. It can SAVE YOUR ANKLES & FEET! Regular off-road boots are hard to shift...

    Yamaha High screen

Darn, I already boxed the old up. But I did see the side by side in another post somewhere - a very long post. This one does have the smoke colored sides and Tenere Logo. It also has some molding for rigidity toward the bottom.

    Handlebar mounted pouch

I ended up with this one from Revzilla. Not waterproof, but a good place to put the cell phone & wallet without unlocking something. I like the fact it had tabs to use wire ties to allow full stretching of the zipper. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
