Yamaha Europe, UK, NA, SA, and all other continents get together the year previous and pick out colors for the following year.
Yamaha gives a choice of 8 or so different colors each year. Each country gets to pick two.

personally I like the purplish blue they had last year.
Not a huge fan of the burgundy red. I just picked up a new FJ, and went with the matte gray, and not the red.
That said, I still like my yamaha blue best.

I can be even more discontented...."Why oh why, Yamaha, didn't you offer the ES version in blue??" I wanted the ES but hated matte gray.

My dilemma pretty much has to be the textbook definition of a first world problem LOL :)

You can have any color Tenere you want. Just visit your local car/body shop. I am sure that they will be glad to make the color change for you.

That red would look good with the non-US silver side panels. (Somebody else's old Photoshop)

There are a couple of yellow bikes now. I believe this is member Hoebster's:

The yellow with a proper Yammie stripe like this would look incredible:

I for one would be happy to switch from blu to white or even Hi Vis green or orange if it existed.

There's a plain white Honda under all the yellow and blue stickers. Pretty common in the UK and you'd have the only Super Tenere like it in Southern California!

I think the S10's look better when the plastic is all the same color. That yellow S10 looks bad ass, and I don't even like yellow as a rule.

You guys (?) sound like prima donna 's...look it up if need be :D. Of course, I've become more about function than "fashion" in my age. I don't care much about the color of my Tenere. I got a good deal and it's that blah color...you know, the matte gray. However, it does have that Mad Max post apocalyptic look. Works for me. Peace out.
