Penske 20MM Piston Shim Stack Order, Forks, I'm !@#$#$

The weather is finally incredible here in Maine and I have my fork in pieces. My question is, does anyone have the shim stack order for the Penske 20mm kit that goes into the Super Tenere? Nick at Stoltec sells the kit. I have no issues getting the fork torn down, but I once I broke the...

**SOLD** For Sale: Aerostich RoadCrafter, 1 Piece Suit, All Red, Stock Size

Hello, Just pulled this out of thte box, it is used but just back from Aerostich. It is going back in the box until it sells. I sent off my suit in late October for the upgraded waterproof zippers, but I didn't realize how long their lead times were, so I bought a KLIM set so I could still...

    Twisted steering assembly...

I had the bike on the side stand and it fell to the right when I was trying to stuff too much into the side case. Not my finest moment, bike was ok, thanks givi, but I managed to shift my bars about 3-5 degrees clockwise. When going in a straight line it looks like I am steering slightly to the...

    Clutch slipping?

Anyone experience their clutch slipping under hard acceleration? I only have about 11,000 miles on the bike, all service intervals have been done, but every now and then the clutch slips. At first it just felt like the throttle wasn't directly influencing the rear wheel, engine would rev up...

Anyone have a "dealer confirmed" explanation to "hard" starting?

Forgive me if this is redundant, but about every 4-6 weeks my bike is "crabby" and wont start immediately with a cold engine. There is no rhyme or reason to it, it isn't fuel type, battery, temperature, oil changes, sit time, etc. Take this morning for example, I just rode the bike 24 hours...

Electrical question, license plate light is flashing, don't know why

I came home from a ride yesterday night and noticed my license plate light was flashing. I changed it to an LED instead of the regular incandescent bulb a few months ago. I haven't had any issue until yesterday. I tore into today, when I insert the key and fire up the power (not the engine)...

Stock to custom "World Crosser" heal guards complete...

Finally got some time to run the heal guards on the mill. The stock guards work great but were a bit ugly. I didn't like the idea of buying something that was going to function about the same, but leave the stock bits in a box. The program is still saved at the machine shop, pretty sure Randy...

Unique BRIGHT LED that fills the void below the headlamp nicely.

Below is a light I am trying, it is multi-led flood lamp. I picked up a couple when I was in China last month, the factory is in Guangzhou which is near Shenzhen, near FOXCON who makes alot of the Apple products. It is a proper technology cluster. Construction is pretty solid, there are...

Another skid plate option (aluminum), less than 200 USD.

On a happier note, MOOSE is developing a skid plate for the S10, spoke with Shane in WI about it, should be done soon, they just got their pilot bike to start prototyping. These guy's make real stuff for people that really ride so it should be a good one. The greatest positive is their...

    DIY Windscreen....

I really liked the look of the "shorty" screen and don't mind the mind since I have been riding a supermoto for the past 4 years. Below is one we have all seen. I couldn't really find one, but if I did pretty sure it would have cost around 120 to 200 bucks. This darn bike has me hemorrhaging...

    Beginning the modifications....

Couldn't justify the price of the TOURATECH heal guards, so began the process of making the stock ones better looking. Saw that the WORLDCROSSER used the same die for it's heal guards, but some material was removed, and they were powder coated black. Easy enough. Imported some pictures from...
