Spray Cleaner for all parts of the Bike by Honda

+1 on using Shout. It's ph balanced, we've been using it on the mx bikes for years with no downside. Pick it up in aisle 12 at Wally World, get a good spray bottle in aisle 33. Wet bike down with hose, spray a light mist of Shout & let sit for a few; then rinse and dry.

So you thought the S10 is over-weight

Shame he disabled the cruise control. He could have gave the "Wing Wave", i.e. right-handed: "I have cruise control and you don't, nah nah". Yeah, I know cruise control isn't practical on a dirt bike......

    Where will you go?

Great. You get to bring me a couple bar-room fish sandwiches from any Pub around Pittsburgh. Cocktail sauce on the side. For that, you got a place to put your head down somewhere other than TWO. Haven't had one since I left years ago. Actually, I've already proclaimed to my bride that one of my...

    Favorite Motorcycle tool

Jeff, might want to keep an eye on Sears flyers - we were Xmas shopping last night (Just had to go through the tool section ;)) and they had the beam - type wrenches (which are plenty accurate) marked down. Perfect stocking stuffer for yourself.....

    Adventure Pants

Like my Aerostich & curent Acerbis gear, but have paying more attention to the new Acerbis, Klim, & Troy Lee gear that's designed to work with the Leatt Brace. Think Jonah Street helped design the Troy Lee jacket, but don't quote me on that. All are worth a look.

AltRider at Seattle IMS: see the Tenere & enter to win a Giant Loop Great Basin

It's killing me that I had to cancel my trip to Tacoma this week, as I planned to stay over & catch the show. Next time I'm out, I'll plan to stop by the shop.

    Cycle World video

Sorry Mark. Edited for the benefit of the folks who have extensive experience on asphalt, but limited time off-road. I've witnessed too many competent street riders come over to the dirt & get in way over their head, sometimes with painful and expensive results. "Wadaya mean I'm going to ride...

    Pacific NorthWest Seattle, WA Hello

You'll probably meet some at the IMS show this weekend......they'll be hovering around the Tenere. Or harassing the folks at the BMW booth, inquiring about the whale-foreskin lined adventure suit...

    S10 explorer

Agreed. And between riding / racing, football, and basketball, I think I've seen it all with moms & dads absolutely ruining the kids' having fun. Too much pressure being put on them. I let my delinquent make the call, the deal is he has to keep his grades up.

    Hello from Western NC

Boy, that's a loaded question. BMW sells so many more bikes, so even if 1% have had an issue with grenading final drives, that's hundreds - if not thousands - more bikes than Guzzi sells in a year. But I never heard "Did your final shit itself yet" at any of the Guzzi gatherings I made. And...

Congrats in advance on the little one. You'll be playing catch up for a long time, but enjoy every minute of it. Before you know it, you'll be looking at PW50's for your kid. Then the fun really starts...just videotape as much as possible. Here's mine from the days of the 50......after a bit of...

    Hello from Western NC

As a former V11 LeMans owner, may I ask how you poked a hole in your oil pan? And yes, the tiny -sometimes revolving door- dealer network can be a concern, but I always kept a few choice numbers stored in the phone just in case. Never had an issue getting the usual wear & tear items in a...

    MG updates the Stelvio.....

I wished I would have never seen that. Guzzi's are a very unique ride, specs don't correlate at all to just how satisfying a ride they can be. Foibles and all. If I don't go Tenere, I'll most likely own another Goose. And I thought rehab from the Italian bike thing was complete... :o
