Re: RAID tool box Looks like it is sold but I wanted to answer your question. Front mount is 40mm and rear is 42mm to the outside mount to outside edge. Give yourself a few mm either way as its somewhat adjustable.

Re: Corbin Saddle CONUS only vs over seas... Reason that myself and many others require CONUS has nothing to do with shipment but rather payment. Recovery is greatly reduced with overseas buyers. I've been ripped off 3x by Canadians.

We get some cold temps where I live here in AZ. When below freezing I'd simply turn my key to "On" position then go back in the house and get suited up. The 5-7 min it took me to get suited up then out to the bike the battery had 'warmed' up enough that the engine would crank over like it was 70F.
