Re: Corbin Saddle

I just put 200 miles on mine this weekend. I really like it so far. Anyone on the fence about the Corbin, I've owned two on two different bikes and have liked them both. ::026::

Re: Corbin Saddle

It does sit flatter than the OEM. Seems to ride about the same height as the OEM in the low position. Maybe just 1 cm higher, it feels like. The front of the saddle may be slightly more raised than OEM. I will have to take a couple of pics when I get home, if I have time. Anyone have before/after pics? I know the Corbin site has a slider that shows the difference.

IMO, the Corbin smokes the OE seat for comfort, touring or otherwise. It does sit slightly lower and noticeably flatter, even after adding 'seat mod' bumpers to the OE seat. The Corbin is also easier to move around on.

CONUS only?

It's the same process to wander down to FedEx/USPS etc with a box and send it to an address in CONUS or to send it anywhere in the world - after PayPal payment of course.

CONUS only?

I have to agree, it takes very little extra effort, and as the buyer is paying for shipping who cares?
But I do know that some people will only ship with their 'favourite' shipper and damn the costs, which adds another dimension to the cost,as some of the US shippers really like to stick it to the sender/buyer.
Unless the price includes shipping I don't see an issue, but in this case not sure if STenitus is excluding global shipping...............

CONUS only vs over seas... Reason that myself and many others require CONUS has nothing to do with shipment but rather payment. Recovery is greatly reduced with overseas buyers. I've been ripped off 3x by Canadians.

How? Did you ship without receiving payment? And shipped without insurance and tracking? That's the only way to get 'ripped' off. Sorry STenitus, don't mean to hijack your post.
