Flanken-Style (or Korean-Style) Beef Short Ribs.
Season with Dry-Rub of choice.
Stack them in the "Instant Pot" on top of the raised rack.
1/2-cup of apple cider Vinegar, and 1 cup of water in the bottom (or a can of cola or beer)
Pressure-cook them for 35 minutes.
They come out looking like this.
While you are pressure-cooking the ribs, you do the breaded-shrimp in the oven.
Mop the ribs with your sauce of choice and put them under the High Broiler for 5-minutes each side.
A little "Surf and Turf" dinner!
Tender and Delicious!
The little riblet bones practically fall right out.
