Here, at the 3:20 mark......exactly what I experienced!

Currently have an Anakee 3 on the front and a Perelli Scorpion Trail 2 on the rear. The Scorpion was the OEM tire for me. My favorite rear has been the Conti Trail Attack 3. The Scorpions were excellent. So far I'm satisfied with the Anakee 3. My Dunlop Trail Smarts were fine. None of them did what the Mitas Terras did.MITAS Terra (terrible) Force-R specifically designed for this bike.
I'm pretty tempted just to go out and film some epic burnout videos this weekend so I can ditch that widowmaker of a tire and put something on it that won't try to kill me. Stay tuned........
Hey DD, What are you running on yours?
On the mend thanks, NSAID's for the win!How are your ribs today?

The new brake pedal should be here Thursday (we all know you can't straighten aluminum once it's been bent the first time so I didn't even bother trying). I'd like to get right back on the horse this weekend but it's looking like 30's for a high.
BTW, the reviews are pouring in on the new 890.....looking forward to your impressions.
I've continued to go over the reviews as they come in. Two of them really grabbed my attention in the opening seconds. This video here only needed the first 25 seconds of audio to make me understand. This other video here took the first 45 seconds to start interrupt my sleep.BTW, the reviews are pouring in on the new 890.....looking forward to your impressions.
Too much overlap with my SAS, so I don't see it in my garage.
Don't underestimate the power of temptation.I'll admit as the delivery date of my 890 R gets pushed back to February, watching the videos of this one does tempt me.
After a few hours of discussion this morning...DM played exactly the same roll she played when I bought the SAS. To sum it up then, and this morning, it came out as, "why are you buying the R and not this other one?" Damn-it...I don't know how to handle it when she's the logical one.I'm going to ignore DM who is telling me to just get both 890s.
Each bike will have a different mission. So I'm anticipating being able to tell them apart. But the twin potential was part of the discussion DM and I had yesterday. Time will tell.Im definately expecting Twins.
Amen.It sure is a good time to be a ADV rider, soaking up all the new offerings from all these manufacturers.

Good news. That day may never come.Just wanting to clarify my statement if I ever get to this point (A Bombardier Spyder ) I will be at an age that I'm unable to hold up a motorcycle
