I thought it meant along the lines of trying to infect everyone so they have there own immunity - as long as they pull thru the initial symptoms.
I've never really understood the term "herd immunity". But, I do know that we have a big ass herd of sheeple over here.
As I understand it, close to 70% need to be vaccinated in an area for the virus to not propagate and the area to get herd immunity.

I guess that means that we who get it will be protecting those who elect not to, and of course, they will be the ones who swear this is all a hoax or something like that.
Ironically, my daughter who has been working overtime to do her part in making the vaccines happen has a medical condition preventing her from being vaccinated.

Different brand banks. Transferring funds is a big service charge online. Plus we planned this out on a day so we could get out with zero crowds. We have been stuck at home so long we did not realize that the idiocy of the general population is continuing to grow.
It is like telling a child what to do and they stomp their feet in a fit and refuse. Getting the vaccine is no different. Smart grown adults know that it's the best thing. But the ones who's brains have never developed revert back to babies in diapers and toddlers who scream and cry when they can't get their way. So they drink and party and hang out in crowds not caring a bit about killing others.
What I saw today was insanity!! My wife and I almost could not believe it. Think about this. Full open bar with hundreds of riders, no masks, and getting drunk. Not only infecting each other but wheeling through twisty canyons under the influence.
Self correcting problem.

My 87 year old Aunt tested positive Friday, her doctors prescribed a Z-pak and Hydroxychloroquine, she is doing much better today and has a lot more energy today.
Ive read that this combination is a cure if you can get on it soon enough.

It is not only the Commander In Chief who is pushing this. My doctors have told me that early treatment is the difference between life and death. Once you are on a respirator it is almost always too late. I am so grateful we have a president who is fighting for the lives of all of us by working with the drug companies and the crappy end of our government who wants to open up the borders and prevent the vaccine from being distributed.

It just depends on what banks you have. Wells Fargo, (A huge US bank network), does online transfers with other banks with no fees unless you want a large amount transferred in one day. Normal is 3 days. My regional Mississippi bank has no branches outside of a small area here in the South of the US. Wells Fargo, for reasons I don't know, has no branches in the city I live in, except financial advisors, so if I need to do something in branch, I have to drive 50 miles to Alabama. However, transferring funds between the two banks is no problem, I can do that online w/o any fuss or interaction with the bank, just as easy as moving funds from one WF account to another. And that was a simple matter to set up online in the first place. They do a couple of penny transfers to make sure it's working as intended and then you're good to go. Took less than a week to get it all set up.

Regarding the poll, I think the choices "yes" and "maybe later" are pretty much the same. Most healthy folks are going to have to wait until later anyway. I'm in the over 65 group but figure I'm still going to have to wait a couple of months. My wife is under 65 but has congestive heart failure so should not have to wait as long hopefully.

In the Uk the media reported that trials had indicated that Hyroxychloroquine has limited effect when you take whilst having the virus but that it can do more harm than good if you take it when you haven’t got the virus like Trump was suggesting
