Met an old friend that just got back into riding and bought himself a used VTX1800. We went for a local loop but he had to leave since he's on 24 hour call. Then i decided to go a little further and go to what we call, Biker Wawa. Lol. Intersection of Rt70 and Rt539. Doesn't matter what time of year but lately it could be considered a 'loose' bike night/day. Haha.

Some nice cars stop for coffee as well. Ride safe and have fun.
BTW, you guys are killing me with your pictures. Mine might as well be a picture of my pinky toe. Keep them coming

Rode to work today, glorious 67F in the morning, but 97F after work, summer is fast approaching.

Yesterday took my small bike out to Saguaro Lake. Dip felt nice before going home

Not with the bike, but here's my photo hiking at Saguaro Lake. Made the cover of a local magazine.

Indeed it is a Valkyrie. I bought it as a Christmas surprise for my brother.
He freaking loves it. While i was prepping the bike before the holidays, my wife said, 'hell with your brother, you should keep it.' Hahaha.
Wife and I bought my favorite daughter (I have only one daughter...) a used Camaro years ago. As I drove it home I remarked to my wife that I think I'll keep it and we'll have to find another car for the daughter..... (haha) In the end she got the car, we surprised her with it and I can still remember the smile!

Took a 500 km / 310 mile ride around lake Vättern (Sweden's second largest lake) with a buddy on his 2020 AT.

TomTom 410 did its job when selecting maximum curves and other preferred obstacles (i.e. really interesting gravel roads and logging trails)

First coffee break in Askersund. A scenic old town on "top" of the lake.

A must stop at Vadstena castle dating back to 1545.
Vät.vad.jpg

Real Biker food on a pier in the lake.

Final coffee break at an old church dating back to 1130.

Mission accomplished with Wild Turkey Rye Whiskey (my years in the US left its marks)
What a wonderful trip with a friend, fantastic scenery, burgers and some historic landmarks!

Bit of a loop today (8 hrs or so).

Past Whistler and through the mountains (came from back there)

Stopped on before Lytton (and before it hit 88 - 90 F... it's May in Canada, shouldn't be this bloddy hot), twisty bit of road behind...

Great Scenery ahead

No photos after that, too hot, had to get back. Good day out.
