To work and back if that counts, down country lanes covered in wet leaves, mud and large puddles. I'd take a picture but it would just be black as it's so dark! Hooray for oem fog lights! :)

Went for a ride to Pilar, New Mexico.
Made some instant Coffee on my stove and sat along the Rio Grande river watching Ducks and just unloaded my stressful thoughts since my Lay off last month.
Yes I am still looking for a decent paying job, but in reality it ain't going to happen anytime soon.
I will have to do the low pay deal soon just to make rent and car insurance, utilities.

It was a good moment and I cherish them even more now..

Wupatki and Sunset Crater Nat'l Monuments near Flagstaff, AZ. Snow on the ground, windy & cold. Finished the day in Phoenix (warmer).

Going to see my son next month in Flagstaff but probably will be snow on the ground. Guess I won't be taking the bike.

Did you take the 40 across or the 10? That 40 is a long flat boring road. Come to think of it so is the 10.

Sorry but keep your head up. I'm hoping something will come your way soon.

Up the Lower Hudson Valley NY today. Cold Spring, Beacon... destination doesn't really matter. Just the feeling of the bike working with you on those twisting, beautiful roads.... foliage everywhere, warm enough not to need the heated gear... beautiful Sunday. Hopefully next weekend will be the same.

I forgot to post this when I went. This is when I was on the Blue Ridge Parkway 2 weeks ago. This is one of the few shots while I was up there that isn't of insane fog or pouring rain.

Met up with current/soon to be former Tenere owner to make a purchase from him. We went to Royer's Pie Haven. It's located between Houston and Austin. No super scenic pics like most of you but here's some pie porn.
Ummmmm, pie!

Went to the motorcycle show (progressive) in Long Beach today. Was fun looking at all the new bikes. Was able to sit on the new Honda African twin. One thing that caught my attention on the Multistrada was the location of the brake and clutch fluid reservoir on the handlebar and how open to the world they are. Would scare me dropping the bike in the dirt.

The show is about 50 miles from my house, but for some reason when I got home, the bike had almost 250 miles on it. Must have been something to do with the low 70's at the beach.

10-4 on I-40. I usually stay on a sofa in Prescott. Prefer I-40 over the 10, especially in the summer. Sometimes it's a good 10 degrees cooler for high desert vs. low desert. A little more scenic. You go thru mtn passes vs. see them way off to the side. Call your local Flagstaff contact. Snow on the ground doesn't mean snow on the interstate. Roads in town will have snow melt/ice problems. In the shade it's icy all day. December?, I wud take a car.
