I have a gorilla voodoo doll in my hands and I'm putting pins all over itMy condolences for y'alls weather. I'm still riding mine.
I was just thinking that, does that mean footwear or underwear, that may be a very scary sight.Just to let non Australians know - matching thongs are footwear, not underwear.
Funny you should mention that… I know a young woman here who states gladly that she wears G-bangers but she’d give Donkey Kong a run for his money when measuring her width using pick handles.I was just thinking that, does that mean footwear or underwear, that may be a very scary sight.
Some wear them well, while others should be jailed for exposure, but HEY I'm Canadian where we cover certain thongs. Maybe in Australia they dont. LOL
Thanks! The ES isn’t working atm - I was aware of this before making the purchase. Tried clearing codes using the service manual but no luck. Gonna take it to the shop to see what it is. Hopefully it just needs a recharge or something but it rides plenty well without it.That's a great price. Well done.
I run arrow headers and pipe. Removing the DB killer makes it a little better again but certainly doesn’t make it quietBraap Mode activated!
I installed Arrow Headers I bought on Black Friday, and a Yoshimura RS-4 exhaust I picked up from a forum member. Initial impressions are that it's the perfect amount of braap. It's still much quieter than the exhaust on my KTM 690. It barks when on the throttle but becomes nearly silent at cruising speed.
Rented a 2012 S10 this week that was pretty loud. Second day my son was riding it and I was following. Came to a stop and I noticed there was no can on it at all. It had an after market can at some point but the front flange and mounting bracket was all that was left. I was surprised it wasn't louder. It sounded similar to other after markets. It did pop a lot on deceleration.I run arrow headers and pipe. Removing the DB killer makes it a little better again but certainly doesn’t make it quiet
Thank you, very happy with it. I have very simple intervals. Once a year in the winter, we Europeans don’t get enormous mileages easily since anything is close.Really like the color combo of your bike. What are your normal oil change intervals?
That was something I really liked about Europe… the ability to make roads that aren’t necessarily straight; the mountains for roads to pass through; and how many places had a village feel to them.Thank you, very happy with it. Wow, that is a lot. I really have to push to get 250km on a normal day. From one side to the other in our country is roughly 300km . I once did a roundtrip on the Super Ténéré through our countering one day. It was about 400+km and a long day. Only when taking trips into Germany and Belgium we get like 500km a day, mostly highwayThat was something I really liked about Europe… the ability to make roads that aren’t necessarily straight; the mountains for roads to pass through; and how many places had a village feel to them.
Just going out for a morning to do a few chores and collect a few things and I can run up 250km.
I avoid highways here as they’re straight and boring and the majority of car operators mentally go to sleep. They’re just dangerous.Wow, that is a lot. I bought mine in May with about 18,000km on it (2010 model). Now has about 31,000 on it.Yeah highways are boring and car operators are not paying attention here too. But I figure you have enormous amount of highways there because of the distances.
I am jealous, you’ve been to the UK (whilst living far away) and I have not (being a neighbor) but they voted to leave us so f*ck them just kidding
I like scraping pegs, she does it easily despite my tire choice. How many miles on yours?
Oh wow, normal mileage over here is between 1000 and 5000km a year. Friend of mine rides every day of the year and throughout Europe on his Harley and averages about 30k a year.I bought mine in May with about 18,000km on it (2010 model). Now has about 31,000 on it.
I didn’t do much riding this year… normally manage 20,000km+
I have family in the UK which makes it easier. Getting hold of a bike while there is a whole different thing since the airlines get upset when I try to bring one on the plane
