Wired in a Fuzeblock, GPS and flood lighting. I put the Fuzeblock just forward of the battery, but not in the tool tray (not shown). I wired the floodlights so they are switched at the key, but not the GPS. What's 'recommended' for the GPS - powered via the key switch or not? View attachment 90397

Would you be so kind as to send a pic of where you put the FuzeBlock. I just ordered mine today, and any ideas are helpful. Also, what aux lights did you choose?
Thanks!

I am usually tight as the bark on a tree as my dad used to say but i spent some money on the big blue pack mule. I usually use cheap waist packs as crash bar bags. They do work well but i found these Tusk tank saddle bags and turned them into crash bar bags. They are semi ridged and hold there shape and have ykk zippers and two pockets inside each bag. So far im pleased with them. If they rot off in two years i will go back to the waist packs. Haha. 20220511_172442.jpg20220511_172525.jpg

OMG! Are they sealed beam tractor utility lights? I though I was tight!
Hey we have a winner! You are right. I tried the expensive denali lights and they kept failing. Sent them back twice. The third failure i tossed them. I have to have lights for deer. 45 dollars later i had tractor lights on there and found out in my riding conditions were 10 times better than what i had. They have been on there for years. The rubber housing flexes when it falls over and pops right back. So far i have never broken a light and i have not had a failure other than a couple burned out bulbs. I like them! My son said i just made a goofy looking bike look goofier with those lights. Haha.

I don't have a picture and I may relocate the fuzeblock - it's very tight in there and it's difficult to put the panel back on. I went the cheap route on the floodlights, but I like them. They are on Amazon as Suzco 4-inch 3 row 60 watt light bar. I also put on these amber covers, which I can be removed easily, but stay on even on washboard roads. Motoz tractionator GPS tires. Have about 700 miles on them. Excellent performance. Really liking them a lot!

Situation: My license plate light bulb was out.
Mission: I needed to replace it.
Execution: As I was tightening the second bolt of the license plate light housing, a piece broke. The housing was not able to hold with just one bolt in.
Administrative and Logistics. Being an Ex-Special Army Seal Navy Ranger Marine Force Delta Space Shuttle Door Gunner Forces Operator, I sorted though my old foot locker and found a hard case which once held my tactical wine bottle opener (Standard Issued gear when I was in the deserts of Vietnam fighting the Germans).
Command and Control: Smoothed out the two holes where the light bulb housing was on the fender, put two new bolts with washers though them, and....voila!

Now if only I knew what could I put in there....I was thinking of a small C02 Tire repair kit I used for bicycles...

Took a day to work on the bike ('19 S10). Been a long time since I've spent a day like this. Tired but good progress.

Removed GIVI quick release racks and tail rack. I'll be bundling the whole Trekker setup (panniers and top box) and racks for sale with all hardware except the GIVI wrench (looked everywhere). A 7mm hex works to remove or install the QR connectors.

Removed GIVI engine guards and all parts to sell.
