Finally got around to fitting a Touratech mount for my Zumo XT. It's not cheap for what it is but having used a locking mount for years with my old Zumo I'm used to being able to walk away and not worry about it.

Oil and filter change today. That’s the last of my Yamalube Semi Synthetic used up, will be trying the fully synthetic Yamalube next time.
Bike has done about 36k miles and that was my 8th O&F change with SS oil.

Added a lead from the battery that will plug directly into my jump pack.
I did that a while back. 10 gauge I think. Where did you route it to for access? I ran mine up in front of the air box and secured with stick on velcro.

Replaced my slow cranking $40 SigmaTek battery. 38 months and 31kmi, so I can't complain. Thought about getting a lithium, but went the cheap route again. Who ever designed these crash bars knew exactly how much room was needed to get the side cover off/on and battery out/in.

I installed a Harley police seat on my s ten. Narrow neck, wide butt and it folds up. Looks factory and sits very comfy. I can flat foot now. I dont know how to post pictures, if I figure it out I will do so in a more detail. Lonslo

When I first got/mounted them, I thought I had done something wrong. Looking at the bike from the front, the battery side doesn't look the same, as the radiator side. The first time I removed the panel, I knew why.
