Amazon special. Had to cut off the OE lighter socket and crimp on female spade terminals, also had to open the dash hole a little bit with a round file. Whole process took 20 min. What did you use for the USB port, where did you buy it? Is it plug n play or wire looping required? I should do this to my red ‘15
290Would you happen to know the CCA on that particular lith batt?
I thought it was a yuasa? Can anyone confirm?Does anybody know who makes/made the OE battery? 'Cuz, it's 3.9 years old, I've killed it twice, and for the the first three year it was only on a 'Tender occasionally. It's still starts fine. Depending on the price, it's hard to beat the quality. The battery in my kid's FJR is seven years old, and still starts well. And, although he has a 'Tender, he has trouble remembering to use it.
What fuse block did you add ? I need to do that.Cleaned up some wiring from PO. Added a relay and aux fuse block. Heated grips, heated gear plug, aux lights, so far. Battery Tender/air compressor plug wired directly to battery. Now to get some mounts for my lights, that's a project for another day.
Just a 6 space with a ground buss from Amazon. What fuse block did you add ? I need to do that.
