The passenger seat is the stock seat with a new cover that matches the rider seat. My wife rides her own bike and rarely travels on my bike.

Put my fingerprints all over my new GPS set up. I had a 550 set up with XM. I also had a spare set up lying around from my wife's old bike. Sold both and "upgraded" to the 665. Install this week.

It is official!!! I am DONE with farkling excepting the ordering and install of my Touratech Zega Pro side cases. WooHoo!!!!!!! I need to put up a photo essay of all I have done now.

And, yes, I know........

i'd be real keen on hearing more of the Zega Pro's. I like the look of these boxes and seem pretty sturdy. Which sizes did/are you going with?? Using the top box as well??

oh...and....

They are amazing.

I am using the 38 liter Zega pro rapid trap top case. I will be using the 31/38 liter side cases. This size keeps the bars as the widest part of the bike. The 38/45 liter set up makes the cases the widest and I don't like that as the widest part is now behind me.

I had the regular Zega on my R12GS Adventure and they were excellent. These Zega Pro are even better. I have anodized silver for the color choice and I think they compliment the bike very well.

Phil,

The Zega Pro's are on my short list as well. Looking seriously at the Zumo 665 as well (and Sena SMH10 Bluetooth headset). What mount are you going to use on the 665?

Saturday, I installed my new parts from Twisted Throttle! ::013::

Because I already had their Bags-Connection tank bag (though I have the GS instead of the City) with the electrical power mount, they were kind enough to give me credit toward other items on my wishlist. So I picked the MFW Super Grip rubberized highway pegs and mounts, and the SW-Motech skidplate.

Here are the pegs:

And here is the skidplate:

The whole bike:

The installation was pretty easy. Thanks again to Twisted Throttle ::012::

Did you install those pegs on the Altrider bars? Pegs look good.
