I could fart louder than the stock horn. I replaced it with one from a Mazda MX5 low tone one. Cheap fix.i have been perfectly happy with the stock horn.

That’s a good idea! Never thought of a car horn, some of them are very loud.I could fart louder than the stock horn. I replaced it with one from a Mazda MX5 low tone one. Cheap fix.
I picked up the tip on a forum. Works a treat and loud enough. That’s a good idea! Never thought of a car horn, some of them are very loud.
Just finished a 3 hour long battle to change all 4 spark plugs and coils. 2 coils were hard to get out and when they came out I could see why, they were rusted and bloated. All but 1 spark plug were rusty and quite a lot of carbon deposit on the electrode.
My biggest battle was to reconnect the hose at the bottom of the breather box. What a PITA for big guys with big hands.
Now to get a cold one!
Despite being a 600 pounder I'm always suprised by how small the bike can look and feel at times!Monday I ask her to show me how to ride ADV - Took intro to ADV riding to improve my off-road skills.

Ha ha! Nice work after a 3 hour battle, I would have already been 3 cold ones into the fray . Is the big guy with the red t-shirt riding a Coleman pull-start minibike? Not necessarily what I did to, but what I did with:
At least 6000 miles, that is how long I've own the S10. Previous owner was a good mechanic so I'm guessing he did it maybe at 44k miles, I bought it with 47k.How many miles since the coils/plugs had last been removed?
A pair of extra long, long nose pliers makes that breather hose very easy to reconnect.
quite a display !Not necessarily what I did to, but what I did with:
That’s a bit of a worry if those coil sticks and plugs got in that state in just 9k miles. Does your bike have a fender extender on the front mudguard? At least 6000 miles, that is how long I've own the S10. I did use extra long nose pliers, but still kept sliding off when releasing the clamp, and that meant reset and restart.
cheers paulI've never cycled the abs when bleeding my brakes, but given how easy it is to do on these bikes I decided to make a link out connector that lives under the seat and I can connect it up when I bleed them in future.
