I've got a friend with the performance center version of this; he swears by it. I stopped training when ammo became priced like gold during covid, i need to flip that script and get back at it.My hands are large, yours may be larger. But the top picture is what I have. You can see the 1rd extended mag. It sits securely with zero movement and allows all of my fingers on the grip. I've been carrying it daily for 7yrs. No complaints.

For the longest time, my ammo was "free". Now that I have to buy my own, this is the place I use: Bulk Ammo for Sale Online Free Shipping Available (targetsportsusa.com) I paid for the membership for the main reason of free shipping. It also includes a discounted ammo rate. Their prices are pretty good to start with.. . . . I stopped training when ammo became priced like gold during covid . . . .
Ooooh they have 300 Savage ammo. I’ve had a hard time finding that in the past. Might have to put an order in next time I restock on ammo. For the longest time, my ammo was "free". That would be a good place to go for practice ammo. Looks like a lot of it is reloads, which I have zero issues with as range ammo. I'm kinda, ok a lot, anal about my real-world ammo. Even name brand isn't beyond failure, but the percentage is a lot less.Better prices than TargetSport on a lot of stuff, and if you're in Houston, I think they have a drive-thru pickup window.
Maybe I’m missing something…
.40 S&W refers to Smith and Wesson as the company that developed the cartridge. The pistols shown are Berettas, Lots of cartridges are named by the company that developed them .30/06 Springfield, .270 Winchester etc...Maybe I’m missing something…
S&W with Beretta stamped on it?
Or is it something from Beretta made in an S&W format?
Yes, just as Magic stated.Maybe I’m missing something…

I'd bet 45-70 would be in the works........Nice looking Rifle. Here's a "new" offering from S&W. Good looking rifle (carbine). Too pricey for me though. I'm kinda wondering if other calibers will be coming in the future.

Yeah, I'm surprised that wasn't their first chambering, like Marlin. And maybe that's why.I'd bet 45-70 would be in the works........Nice looking Rifle.
I was amazed at the price increase on these style rifles. "Back in the day", my work rifle, FN SPR A3G, was priced close to this Beretta. Now, it's doubled. But I sure did like that rifle. It had a chrome lined barrel. Chrome is hard. So, as time went by and the more bullets went through the barrel, the more accurate it became. My 5rd group at 100yds was about nickel sized. It had a Night Force 2.5-22x scope.I'm really liking this from Beretta, but it's not currently in my price range...........

I am also a big Beretta fan. Accurate, reliable, easy to disassemble and they feel good in my hand, I own 2 92s and an M9. After shooting one of mine several friends and acquaintances went out and bought their own.
Also. Taurus makes a clone of the Beretta 92/M9. Supposedly made at an old Beretta factory in Brazil. The ones that I have seen and fired worked fine, but not as accurate. The fit and finish was not as good as my 92s.
Why did you supply a picture of a rifle with a bent barrel? For those interested shooting out longer ranges. I've used the Reminton 700. Hard to beat for the price, but might need to customize the stock a little.
