Chicken nuggets are for kids.
Buffalo wings are where it’s at.
Can't we all just get along? Nuggets or wings. . . . get in my belly!!Some ones never tried proper chicken nuggets

You’re right. I always think of the MickyD’s crap. The problem (for me) is proper chicken nuggets are like crack. That, and it’s easier for me to cook wings. Some ones never tried proper chicken nuggets
Oh. . . . I'm pretty sure he's planning to.. . . . Get a grip *L*
Cross fit is ok. . . . if you're under the age of 35. . . . or want to destroy your joints. I told him that I'd push him around in a wheel chair. He reminded me that it wouldn't be the first time.. . . . Ahhh good old crossfit, I mean rogue fitness.
Man that was a clean proper squat. He did not let the knees go past the toes. Good job!!Well, I know they don't stunt your growth. My oldest was picky eater, and ate nothing but chicken nuggets, and pizza rolls growing up. He's 5' 11"/ 230lbs. (His girlfriend videoed him without his knowledge)
I did it for about 1 year and its terrible for your bodies joints, back and ligaments. I noticed an attitude that this type of workout is better along with word being thrown around like, "functional fitness" whatever the fuck that means. I quit after the owner started shit about me and that he was raising the rates to $220 per month.Cross fit is ok. . . . if you're under the age of 35. . . . or want to destroy your joints. Agreed the attitude when I did it is work until failure even if form breaks down or your pain and not the normal type. I think I got to 265 back before I started having all kinds of problems at age 28 at the time. The exercises themselves are not the problem. It's the speed at which they do them, and the weight that they're using. The speed causes loss of form. . . . throw a couple hundred pounds into the mix, and that's where the injuries start.
