Iowa was the first of two consecutive 700 mile days. We were feeling so good the thought of an Iron Butt was discussed. At that point we weren't stopping for much.

Now that I'm home I checked to see if you were right. I may have missed your house. Didn't realize I was not paying attention at Mt Pleasant. Figured it out somewhere north of Crawfordsville. Decided to take the scenic route back to Rt 34.

I now appreciate how far you are riding to get to Romney. It took us about 12 hours from Pittsburgh to Burlington, IA. You live a ways out there.

Ride report is coming. With over 600 pictures and a ton of video to go through it will be a while, but there will eventually be one. May take a couple of weeks.

Until then, here's another Iowa picture I'm sure you'll recognize. This interesting road ended with our first (and only) Helite Vest deployment...fortunately captured on the GoPro.
