Sorry to put up such a teaser but Checkswrecks is correct, It is my bike now. I gave $200 for it yesterday.
My good buddy Matt that has ridden with me all over the country, moved to Calf. He hit a car head on. He came out smelling like a rose with no real problems but I'm sure he was beat up bad.
He hit the windshield and flew over the car into a ditch.
I haven't decided if I want to put money into it and get it rideable or save all the parts that I might use some day.
I just had it running a few minutes ago and it sounded great.
I think they are going to buy a nice used ST1300 Honda [Charlotte wants a more touring bike]
Matt said he would ride with me to Alaska again some day so he might have to get another Tenere. I'm going to start packing now, I really like that ride!

Just a bit more chit chat cause well I don't know how to post a picture. Looks like that could have turned out much worse. I remember talking to Matt in Ouray and he said he didn't do much forum stuff. But if you happen to be reading while you are recovering. I will say glad your ok.

I tried to keep up with Steve and Matt out in Ouray and well that lasted about 20 minutes. Those two flatlanders can ride. I bet Matt could ride that Honda over them passes probably with Charlotte on the back.

Hi oldtramp, how's retirement?
I could just about guarantee you that Matt won't be reading this.
They were just in here talking to me, That crash was a couple months back and he is fine.
They are going to try out that ST1300 in a while.
We might have to go on a ride with them while they are back here [for 2 weeks]
