Dallara..best you get off that high horse before you fall off and get hurt lol.
Find it hilarious you judge what someone knows about a bike by how many posts they have on a forum..get a life and ride the bike lol.
I don't need a forum to tell me how many miles I get out of a tank..I fill her up and ride until empty lol to find what my bike will do...especially handy when I know the minimum it will do ie fully loaded,2 up and riding it like I stole it which was 180 miles which compared to several other big adventure bikes I have owned is very good.

No high horse, Redsoul... Other than the one you're riding.
You were asking a question - where is that last bit of fuel that is supposed to be in Yamaha's advertised tank capacity - that has been asked, and answered, many times before. I was suggesting that if you did a search you might not have had to ask the question. What, did you really think you were the first to experience the phenomenon? Obviously not, or you wouldn't have asked the question, right? Ad a search would have taken you less time than the typing you have done in this thread... ::025::
Or are you too good, with too much experience, to do a forum search?
No one was casting aspersions on your riding experience. Read my post again. I said it appeared you were new to the forum, and as such you might not know the very question you asked, as well as the range various Super Tenere riders could go, had been discussed, hashed, re-hashed, etc. ad infinitum, and that you might find those discussions enlightening. But go ahead, ask the same tired, redundant question rather than do a search... But a search will show you a lot more owners have responded to the same question than you're getting here.
And if you can go as far as 180 miles then you're not really riding it "like you stole it"... A Super Tenere properly caned won't go 150 miles to empty. ::025::
