Jaime me imagino que con el cambio de los rines y las suspension tuviste que alargar el caballete central. Como lo hiciste?? Yo levante mi moto una pulgada con unas bieletas mas cortas y necesito alargar el caballete.

Si está alargado unos 4 cm. Lo tuve que cortar y soldar. El lateral en cambio es desmontable, puedo volver a dejarlo como estaba.

I've been very busy at work and riding the bike ::26::........ so this post is not moving... but I'm still working in improve the ACD skid plate.
I would like to reduce the "bump" needed to fit the oil filter. ::007::
My dealer found a smaller filter that it works in the ST so I'm making a new cover.
This cover is going to have some screws so I can change the filter without taking the skid plate. I also made bigger holes to take the oil off.
Now change the oil and oil filter is easier than before! ::012::

I also cut the supports that can cause a hole in the sump if there is a big impact in the skid plate

I see you cut it low, just above the hole. Not like I did and found it to be hollow.

Yes. I cut them just to be shorter than the oil pump cover and avoid the hollow part.
I don’t like the idea to have to meld this very thin aluminium sump. It can bend.

No.
The mechanic said me that he spends lot of time measuring oil pressure and other parameters to be sure about it, need to buy some tools, etc. He said he does this only to my bike... ;D
The bastard rubs all the references in the oil filter, so I can’t see the number or brand…

But I hope in some time I can convince him to share the information… give me some time..

I know..... But its winter Here :'( :'( :'( ::010::

And the bike is in my basement.... and I want to do an oil change before I mount it....
